I just logged in without my admin status to test, and I can still use it. Can you see the exclamation point icon still, or did it refuse to do anything when you clicked on it?

how do you report threads now?

all it tells me is email is turned off. even when i go to the mods profile.

You know, I haven't been receiving email notifications for subscribed threads, either. I also don't seem to be able to email users who list their addy in their profile.
