Requesting A Picture for an NPC

Greetings and thanks in advance to anyone reeding this.
Currently I am starting up a world of my own and need a picture of an NPC. This is a general open request to any one out here
with any degree of talent in art.

Here are the details :

Race- Elf
Class- Wizard
Hair- Light Blue
Eyes- Violet
Height- 5'4
weight- 93 pounds
Age-126

Thelos Cromwell is a handsome young, elf wizard. He stands at
approximately 5'4 and weighs 93 pounds. He is slightly muscular,
graceful, charming and mysterious. Thelos has a smooth face with no indication of any facial hair and his ears rise slightly from beneath his hair. His hair is long and light blue comending his fiery violet eyes. Thelos wears : a black boots, loose baggy black pants and a loose button down shirt of blue color. He also wears a long vibrant blue cloak. His sleeves are ruffled in black lace, as well as his shirt collar. Additionally he wears a pair of tall blue suade gloves. Thelos travels lightly, with a scroll or two, his spell book and his elven shortbow and a dagger on his belt.

Hello and hi

here he is, i had problems concerning a 2 yr old and this drawing lets just say the hunt for the e-wiz occurred and him turning up a little bit loved...(for want of a better description)...so he's not scanned as is...

i don't know if you can see it, but his eyes are coloured
