Example: creature has resist 10 fire and it takes 9 fire damage and is knocked prone doeshe get knocked prone?I am sure this is a sticky point as i have had in my group that i want to make it that if you do not take the damage you do not take the effect. This applies to resistances not written powers that have the "effect" line. If the monsters powers had the effect line then it would matter more. I understand that if you are immune then it wont work but i want to apply to resistances as well. Is this to much?</blockquote>
