Resource for Creating Forms/Character Sheets?

I would like to create some custom forms and character sheets for my campaign. I have a copy of Adobe Pagemaker 7.0, but I have NO CLUE how to get started. Can anyone point me to a source/tutorial on the web that shows how to create forms with Pagemaker? I would be most appreciative :)
