A specific exception is given for Monks because they started as mortal.At 10th level in the Elemental Savant PrC, the character changes to an Elemental type. Similiarly, the Acolyte of the Skin, Alienist, and Fatespinner become outsiders.Originally, I thought that Resurrection would work on these since nothing in the spell text prevented it.Given the FAQ, would any of these PrC still be able to be raised from the dead by Resurrection? Just like the Monk, they would have started out as a mortal creature.</blockquote>
