But certainly the spell doesn't actually produce words "evil" to the observers in the setting? It produces certain sort of feeling that the paladin has been taught to associate with "evil". But perhaps the gnoll priests associate the same felling with "strength" and the one which the paladin labels as "good" the gnolls call "weakness" etc?</blockquote>
