You can only change 1 stat bump at each of these levels.This works because all stats get +1 to that level, so your not actually "losing" anything, your just gaining more somewhere else. A fighter who decides to move one of his previous wisdom bumps to con isn't getting any dumber. His +1 to all stats at 11th ensures his wisdom remains the same. He's just getting that much tougher.</blockquote>
