I'm confused on how this works am I supposed to wait my turn?

Yes, you have to wait your turn to throw a pitch. Once a pitch has benn throw, it needs two other players to support it to become fact. Since Blackrat has conceded the first pitch it is Captain Tagon's turn to throw in a pitch. After it gets support to become a fact or after 48 hours w/o support or if it gets vetoed, it will be your turn.

Yeah, you explained it quite well in there but I hoped that someone who had a bit of experience in this type of game would start . I'll jump in on the next round.
