The REview Project is a little thing I have set up to get people to do more reviews. I have a few PDF companies that have nicely allowed me to hand out their PDFs for reviews. It has been going on for over a month and almost one hundred reviews have been generalted through it. But we still need your help. The reviews section of EN World depends on fan written reviews. So, please go on and write a review if you can. I am sure many of you have books that have been used over and over again. These are the type of books that are easy to review. It does not matter if they are from the early days of d20, been reviewed a dozen times already, or even if the company no longer exists. Reviews on new and old products are always helpful to the consumers..ie us. The Review Prodject is set up to encourage and help people write reviews. Once you have a review or three under your belt and you would like to do more, you can contact me at cgath@insight.rr.com and I can send you a PDF to review. Most of the PDFs are standard d20 fantasy, but there are some modern and sci fi ones that I'd like to find people to review. There are also big campaign settings and a few non d20 books to get reviewed. If you have interest in these things, and would like to review them contact me. Reviews should be written in a few weeks of recieving the PDF. In the review (and this is new) please put that you got the review from the Review Project. This will let publishers and readers know what exactly gets done through this. Reviews should be about 500 or more words in length and this is a little longer then is stated elsewhere, but I encourage people to write a bit more as it is helpful. Currently, the following compnaies are participating in this: The Le Games Parents Basement 12 to Midnight EN Publishing Expeditious Retreat High Moon Clockwork Golem Workshop Alea ICE Inner Circle Amalara Dark Quest Games Sword's Edge Publishing RPG Objects Khan's Press Companies if you are on that list and no longer want to be, post here or e-mail me and you will be removed. If you are not on the list and want to be, post here or contact me and you will be added. From a publisher stand point I think this has been rather hit and miss. So, if you have some suggestions or feedback for improving this or just telling me this is a complete waste of my time, then please do. Feedback is very appriciated. As long as people are writing reviews and want to write more, I will be there to give PDFs to review. When you contact me, please tell me if there are certain types of books you perfer or do not perfer. If you don't like d20 modern, tell me that so I don't send those to you. And each time you contact me, make sure you list that. I have been working with a few dozen people on these reviews and I cannot keep everyones prefernces straight. Thanks
