So are there any plans to change the way people can use the review guide?

For instance, with more d20 genre games coming out, a genre tag might be useful, something like Supers, Espionage, Modern, Horror, Science Fiction, etc...

In addition, what about a Staff link where reviews by all staff members are? I've had an e-mail or two that asked about specific comparissions between me and Psion and Simon but told them that their best bet was to look at individual products and check the reviews there.

Mostly just a me-too here, for all of Joe's requests.

I'd also appreciate categories such as scenarios, campaign settings, fighter books, magic books, dwarf or elf or flumpf books...

I don't know how easy/difficult that would be. My supsicion is that it would require the database to be redesigned, in which case it's probably not likely to happen. But I'll ask and see.

What? you mean something like this...

As for categories, sounds likea good idea but definately would need thought as too exactly what categories to offer. And for example would something like Spycraft be in both Modern and Espionage, or just Espionage? If its a case of one or more categories for each product then its definaltely much harder...

Thoughts anyone?

Now that, my friend, is very, very cool! :)

Tell you what would be immensely useful from an admin point of view - some kind of mechanism whereby users can be designated as staff reviewers, and the reviewer's name automatically appears in the left hand menu under the "staff reviews" heading.

Also, some kind of similar method of designating those with access to admin functions like adding/editing products.

Is any of that within the realms of possibility?

Glad you like it... :D

As for setting people up as moderators, you should already have that faciliy (if I understand you correctly). Simply go to their reviewer list (hard to do if they haven't reviewed anything) and click on the big button that says "Give moderator status" (or something like that.)

The other shouldn't be hard (staff reviewers) but would need a bit more work.
