(It might help to state both publically & to the publisher when & why you won't; the Creature Weeklies is a good example. It might also be possible sometimes to review a whole series at once - even if the reading time was the same, it might help to reduce your writing time).It's also important to set quality standards for the field, so don't be afraid to be critical. As a publisher, once I set my ego aside, I appreciate the "dings" more than the praise, since it tells me what to do next time; and as a customer, I'm more inclined to trust a review that has both good and bad.- Tavis</blockquote>
