Reykjavik

So my parents are going on a cruise and will be stopping in Reykjavik for a day. Anyone been there? Have suggestions for what to see and what not to bother seeing? And of course most importantly, what should they bring me back as a souvenir

I've never had the opportunity to go to Iceland, but if I were to go I'd most want to see the land itself. From the pictures I've seen, the place is awesome.

There are probably lots of cool souvenirs in the city square, but it might be cool if they just brought you back a small rock. Then you'll have a piece of the land itself

There is a, uh, penis museum, eh, there. Other than that, I don't know any real odd tourist attractions except for the geysers.
