Can't get a "real" job - he's a dropout and the economy sucks besides. Can't go back to school - he still owes tuition from the <em>first</em> time he tried that. Can't stop smoking, can't stop drinking, and can't stop thinking that this dumb little world gets off on throwing him nothing but curveballs.</p><p></p><p>Rent's late. Jennifer's pregnant. The car needs a new muffler. Something's got to change, and soon.
