My friend works in London and has a reputation for being able to arrange anything. He was asked to suggest a plan to acquire the briefcase but his offer was not accepted. He suspects he lost out to an international firm. That is when he came to us. Apparently the clients were all together too well informed about the target and did not seem to care about the cost. He says he tried to track the client down but failed completely. That is what raises most suspicions; usually he would have had no problems. Of course it is possible he is just trying to use us to settle a score with a rival; show them up for undercutting him but that is a risk we are prepared to take.</span></p><p></p><p>[OOC]</p><p></p><p>Peter's Information checks out as accurate, his contacts are probably at least as good as Sergeant’s if not better, of course Peter also had far longer to gather the information. There is no information about this specific delivery available anywhere. Peter's contact is likely to be one of two men in London, either could do the job, and both are essentially considered untouchable by the police, they are known criminals who are just too careful and to well connected to be convicted, not that the police aren't trying of course. Both have criminal records and are considered dangerous men. (Sergeant suspects Peter knew he was being vague enough to make positive identification of the mole difficult.) The overseas firm could be any number of people, Sergeant knows of at least four in New York alone who might be able to manage the job.
