She seems to recall that he is an arrogant but quite powerful wizard. In fact, Talshia recalls having actually met the man on at least one occasion within the Grand Library of Stars. Since Talshia is also from Calimshan, I allowed her an Knowledge: Arcana to recognize Horan, as opposed to a Knowledge: Local check.</blockquote>
