Quick Question,

does the str bonus from the cleric stack with the str bonus from an other player with this power?

So lets say the cleric has +2 and fighter +4, would that total for +4 or +6?

They stack unless the Fighter is using/receiving a higher bonus "power bonus."

It's a power bonus, so it would not stack with another's power bonus, if another one is being given. Feat bonuses don't stack, power bonuses don't stack, etc., unless it specifically says.

So if a Fighter normally has +5 to hit, and a Cleric grants +3 from Righteous Brand and a Paladin grants the Fighter +2 from whatever (don't think they can; it's just an example), the Fighter uses only the highest of the bonuses (+3), not +5 because they're both power bonuses. If one was a power bonus and the other just said bonus, they'd stack.
