So how does one go about enhancing a holy avenger? It's a +7 mutha however it's a lot cheaper for such a sword because of the restrictions put upon it. I was wondering if some kind soul might just work out the cost of adding - 
 
1. Keen. 
2. Bane - Demons. 
3. Ghost Touch.

I'm a Weapon Focus: Falchion, character. Are there any rules out there for swapping out feats? Is it even worth it considering my next point?

Ideally I'd like to transform the longsword into a falchion because I have a feat associated with it and it crits like a critty thing! So have you any suggestions on how to do this without endangering me sword? A couple of ideas spring to mind such as polymorph any object and possibly some sort of shapechanging enhancement but I'd need some input on the disadvantages as well: I really don't want me polymorphed sword to revert when inside of an AM field because it's unnecessary book-keeping.</li>
