If it has a duration on it like one says it can be reused over and over as there is no limit on uses and if its just continuous without that its pretty much the same. However, i may be wrong, but theres a limit to how many spells can be absorbed per casting and if it was continous this wouldn't matter but if its not he would at least have to waste standard actions reactivating it in a long combat or several combats within the 2 hours. If this was the case it might make sense as he might not HAVE the standard action to do it and hence lose its protections. If its the other way I do agree its a bit too powerful to be basically Immune to all spells practically.</blockquote>
