Power of Nerati, drive away the wicked. And that boar. Amen. Derien prays, but his prayers are not answered as the blast goes over the enemies head. Ikni climbs to her feet, trying desperately to remember the centering techniques her mentor taught her to keep her mind balanced and clear in combat. Somehow that all seems terribly remote just now.
Haruka staggers away from the satyr. She attempts to connect with another crackling lash, but in her disoriented state it does nothing more than singe a nearby brush. [sblock=THB] WHat's up with IC hating on the warlocks? My PC just rolled 2 for the second roll in a row and is averaging like a 25% hit rate even with Joe giving us a +1 for posting w/in 24 hrs [/sblock] Rhole clears his throat dramatically. “Hey Miss Piggy, take your ham-pered saggy butt back to Oinkville Ham-let before you get ham-mered!” You sense that the boar somehow understands all these painfully bad puns, reeling back in pain with a squeal. The gnome strikes his hair-strings once more and the Great Ultra-Intense Thundering Audio Ripper wails in his hands. “Rock out!” The little gargoyle, presumably Rock, jumps from Rhole’s hair with a “Wheee!” and power slides the landing on its knees, while playing very deep complimentary tones from a comparably tiny four-stringed instrument. Stony wings stretch from its back and it swoops through the air, climbing to a central position to oversee the battle. Ironheart swings his massive axe at the boar again, whiffing past it. He grunts in annoyance and sidesteps to stand between it and Derien; as he moves, tiny tendrils of greenery unfurl from his root along the ground, entangling its legs. The satyr dances around the rock again and continues to play his pipe, but this time the tune changes and you see his allies grow angry and a red tinge is evident in their eyes. The unicorn touches its horn to Ikni and the swordmage feels a deep connection to the creature, finding she can't bring her blade to harm the fey. In fact, she'd go so far as to attack her own allies from harming the unicorn. The boar again tries to gore Ironheart, but the wood woad's toughened hide turns aside the tusks. [sblock=OOC] Order for bad guys will always be the same, unless I let you know otherwise. Satyr plays Feral Overture - affects allies only Unicorn uses Fey Beguling on Ikni - fey beguiling vs will (1d20 7=13) hits (just) and you cannot attack the unicorn, and the target must make opportunity attacks with a +2 bonus against any creature within reach that attacks the unicorn (save ends) Boar attacks Ironheart - misses (AC 16)vs ac; dmg (1d20 8=16, 1d10 6=11) - again... Status: Unicorn: -5 hp, used fey beguiling, fey step, horn touch Boar: -44hp, cursed, bloodied, marked by Ironheart (TENT) Satyr: -25 hp, cursed Ikni: Fey Beguling (save ends) Init: Ironheart - 14 - 23/35 Satyr - 13 Unicorn - 13 Boar - 13 Derien - 13 - 24/26 <- you're up Ikni - 9 Haruka - 6 Rhole - 4 [/sblock]
