As the warden's weapon crashes into the choker, it's arms reflexively tighten around its meal and Ikni's breath is crushed from her lungs as she now lies limp in the creatures grasp. </p><p></p><p>The hag steps next to Haruka, her face still in the kindly old woman's facade as she says <strong>"Oh dearie we have a pact him and I, far greater powers than he keep us fey lords from fighting. Why do you think he sent you?"</strong> she taunts as she unleashes an ear-piercing scream that slams into all the party, but only Derien withstands most of its effects.
