The Great Ultra-Intense Thundering Audio Ripper goes quiet. Somehow, everything goes quiet when Rhole stops playing to stare at the crumbled and quickly disintegrating remains of his trusty gargoyle-like partner. “You can’t die, Rock! I won’t let you!” Even as the gnome moves to save another of his band members, his eyes remain fixed on the dragon. The usual enthusiasm and delusional stardom-attitude has been replaced by seething rage, and Rhole’s hair is poised and vibrant like angry snakes that have come alive. “You know nothing, you scaly off-key yapping bastard! YOU CAN’T KILL ROCK!” Somehow, that statement seems more profound to you than it might seem offhand. After reviving Ikniqpalagaq, Rhole strums up a heartfelt melodic song. An ode that reaches out with such feeling, that the very remains of Rock are stirred as if they would obey their master. Ironheart staggers towards the river. "STAY DOWN?" it roars. "I WILL STAY DOWN WHEN - URGH!" It grunts as it hurls itself into the air to plant its roots in the far bank. "I WILL PLANT MY SAPLINGS IN YOUR RIBCAGE, YOU DUNGEATING FLY!" It shakes its head violently, causing leaves to rustle, and then charges. Ikni nods thanks to Rhole and staggers to her feet, ready to charge after the panther. "Netari's power is too great for you, dragon. Surrender or be destroyed." Haruka calmly moves along the river, whispering inaudibly to the dragon as her shadow extends and wraps around her. Flames dart from her fingertips, scorching the air around the reptile, but failing to hit their target. She glares at her fingers, clearly annoyed. The dragon opens his mouth and unleashes at blast of coloured energy, but this time Ironheart's rage shields him from it's debilitating effects. The dragon curses in draconic and then flies away, Ironheart swings at the departing foe, but his axe just misses. The dragon curses "This isn't over. You shall learn of your folly later" as it lands atop the high rock face. The panther sees the dragon begin to fly away and spots the enemies arrayed against it. With a full run it retreats to the south. Ikni tries to rush forward and catch it with a final blow, but the creature keeps moving, ducking under her blade at the last moment.
