You need an item from the destination location and then press the letters for that location on the cell walls. Once you have done that, you get teleported there without fail.Of course another problem with this is having any such item and also figuring out that pressing one side of W (instead of the center) makes the W function as a V, since the one location the Necromancer goes to contains a V but the text on the wall does not.
