1- Any magic spell can be cast as a ritual ?


The rules of rituals say "The ritual version of
the spell takes 10 minutes longer to cast than usual. "

2- Alarm [Casting Time: 1 minute] for example have the time 10 or 11 Minutes?
3- Animal Messenger [Casting Time: 1 action] would have the time how many minutes?

Certain spells have a special tag: ritual. Such a spell
can be cast following the normal rules for spellcasting,
or the spell can be cast as a ritual. The ritual version of
a spell takes 10 minutes longer to cast than normal.
It also doesn’t expend a spell slot, which means the
ritual version o f a spell can’t be cast at a higher level.
To cast a spell as a ritual, a spellcaster must have a
feature that grants the ability to do so. The cleric and the
druid, for example, have such a feature. The caster must
also have the spell prepared or on his or her list o f spells
known, unless the character’s ritual feature specifies
otherwise, as the wizard’s does.

1) Not all spell can be cast as rituals. Only the spell that has the ritual tag can be cast as a ritual. For example, Animal Messenger, if you look at the spell description, right below the name, it says "2nd-level enchantment (ritual)". Having the (ritual) tag means it can be cast as a ritual. The counter example is Animal Friendship, which just says "1st-level enchantment". Without the (ritual) next to that, you cannot cast this spell as a ritual.

2) That's correct, the casting time is now 11 minutes

3) Instead of 1 Action, it just takes 10 minutes to cast as a ritual is my interpretation of the rule, since 6 seconds (time of 1 action) is negligible in this situation.

1 - Only those spells with the (ritual) tag can be cast as rituals:
"Augury
2nd-level divination (ritual)"

2 - Alarm would take 11 minutes to cast (1 minute plus 10 Minutes) assuming it has the ritual tag
3 - Animal Messenger would take 10 minutes (1 action plus 10 minutes, rounded down to 10 minutes) assuming it has the ritual tag
