When Ira's father died his older brother Arthur Jr bought out his and their sister Sarah's interests in Armstrong Grade-A Beef (AGA) - a company he continues to run from its headquarters in Milwaukee. Sarah Armstrong lives off her earnings from the buyout with her family in Aurora. Ira, meanwhile, has started building a legacy of his own.Ira has proven to share some of his father's business acumen, investing wisely in property throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. His crowning triumph is Furio Tower, a mixed-use high-rise in downtown Chicago. The Furio's 340+ extravagant commercial and residential units have been much in-demand since the tower's construction - enough that the Furio is Ira's greatest single source of revenue.
