Role-Playing Advice [Trumpet Archon]

gfunk

First Post
So I've started a 1st level Trumpet Archon in a medium-sized city. I am playing him as a fallen celestial who has been reduced in power and sent back to the Prime to "mend" his ways. As he levels up, he slowly regains his power.

Right now, I've been able to pass as a very buff, very pissed-off elf of the local God of Law. I've been instructed by my celestial superiors not to flaunt my true identity to anybody (to learn humility of course).

However, I've seem to have sprouted wings at 2nd level. Now what?

Hack 'em off!

.....no wait.

Get something that lets you do Alter Self?

Get a Polymorph?

Claim you're an Avariel?

Pray and tell your god/superiors that you're going to have a bloody hard time keeping your true identity as a celestial secret with the impressive wing span getting in your way?

Avariel Rock! That's quite a good idea, Sejs, and if someone asks where he's from, he can just say that he can't tell them for security reasons. It's a need-to-know basis, and he don't need to know.;)

So who's Joachim's player gonna play this time hmmm...?:)

Hey...please think to update us on the campaign now and then. I'm particularly interested in what happens when you gain a few levels and run into priests high enough level to cast dismissal!

Back to Celestia with you! Unless of course you hit the 1 in 5 chance of getting sent to the wrong plane :-)

Let us know!

Claim that you're a half-celestial or an avariel. Alternatively, call yourself Gabriel, and constantly mutter under your breath about your trump of doom :)
