He forgot he was turned into an undead. Grogg, son of Grogg, died when he touched the Demi-liches skull in the Tomb of Horrors. Hammerfrin died when he was posioned by the Drow and thus paralized and left for dead on a shore bank. Then the tide came in and drowned him. Kronn died by falling through the ice while playing a modified game of hockey during a barbarian festival. Can't remember the name, but he died to a shade who came back to the party and killed them all and turned them all into shades Lemme, died to a giant ant, then was reincarnated as a lizard man and then burned alive by a village that boardered a swamp that lizard men freaquently attacked. Can't remember the name, but Thor attacked him as a wizard turned him into a gaint, ouch. Falner was eaten whole by Jormungandr, the Midgard Serpent Kith-Kiln tried to take on the Hunt by himself, needless to say...  Tons more, can't list them all though.</blockquote>
