I think there are two really good elements of advice here-- the "nobody" idea and the "HK-47" idea. I think the best way to represent the character would be to combine them. He's shy and doesn't really volunteer anything, but follows orders willingly (almost eagerly). His Charisma isn't as high as HK-47's, so he hasn't developed the capacity for HK's ego or his pride in his work, but he can take a subtle sense of pride in a job well done-- perhaps seeming, for a brief moment, a little smug at having killed something powerful. He's normally uncommunicative unless pressed, but when he does speak, he's a military/tactical nerd, with a bit of an assassin droid ruthlessness streak. He refers to organics as "meatbags", but unlike HK-47, doesn't understand that it causes the abovementioned organics discomfort. Unless the conversation is very carefully forced down a different path, his focus should be either on receiving and following orders, or offering (when asked) dry tactical advice on how to kill something-- preferably in a callous fashion that the heroes would be disinterested in. The difference between him and HK, of course, is that your 4 CHA Warforged wouldn't seem the least bit concerned when his tactical advice is disregarded, and instead happily follows whatever orders his fixated leader (or anyone else, for that matter) gives him. Another thing I would do is have him completely disregard his own well-being. If he's damaged, he doesn't mention anything unless asked-- and then, he gives a "damage report", stating where and how severely he is damaged. Not injured. Damaged. Make him indifferent to whether or not he is repaired, until his Charisma raises a little-- then he wants to make sure he is fully repaired in order to function at maximum efficiency. At the same time, this is when he would start developing a bit of professional ego in his capacity as a warmachine.
