What you have in the States is actually too little governmental oversight and too little governmental regulation. Where you have corporate entities and margins of profit dictating patient healthcare that is entirely and utterly F'd up. The for profit model of healthcare is entirely to blame for the sorry situation the States is in.</blockquote>
