OK, a friend of mine is looking for an RPG, but he doesn't know the name of it. It's a softcover book. The RPG is modern horror. It's about vampires but is not by White Wolf. It comes with a CD in a pouch on one of the inside covers. The CD has a track on it that is a radio conversation where a caller calls a radio station to report that he has seen vampires and they're real. There is also music on the CD. Anyone have a clue what this game is?

I don't know for sure, but this sounds like one of the books that TSR published in the mid-1990s that came with sound effect CDs. I don't remember what they were called, but I'm pretty sure there was one about vampires.

You may be right. I have only a vague recollection of those. I thought they were for Mystarra, though. The one my friend is after is a modern horror RPG.

IIRC, I would guess that it's Terror T.R.A.X, the dodgy horror CD done by TSR. There was a werewolf one too...

That's what it sounds like to me as well.

It sounds like Terror TRAX to me too, except that there's no book included with those CDs.

Wasn't there 1 Ravenloft module with a CD too?

Terror TRAX sounds likely as well.


The only horror games I can think of at all are GURPS Horror, Kult, Chill, and White Wolf's products (and of course Cthulu).
