RPG Web Comic: Fuzzy Knights!

mossfoot

First Post
Since you guys are hard core roleplayers, I thought you might be interested in an online comic about just that: Fuzzy Knights!

Here is the website for the current strip at any given time:

Fuzzy Knights Online!

However, I recently started an epic storyline (called the Fuzzy Knights "movie" because of it's general story arc direction). So if you want to see that first, you might want to check out the opening credits (made by a fan, and a must see for anyone who digs Highlander ;) )

Fuzzy Knights Movie Credits

At this time the link at the end still goes to the current strip instead of the first strip like it should, hopefully this will be fixed soon, but in the meantime you can just back up to Strip 31, or you can always click on this link:

Fuzzy Knights Movie: 1st strip

And lastly, for those who are looking for a good introductionary point for the series without having to read all the strips from the beginning, I hightly recommend starting here:

Good Place To Start

Hopefully you guys and gals will have as much fun reading the strips as I do making them :D

Hahahaha man that is too funny :) I just read them. My favorite is this one:

hehe I'm going to put that in my sig. Dibbs.

Thanks!

You see, being a comic artist is hard...

Being a WEB comic artist is even harder...

Being a Web comic artist who uses photographs of stuffed animals instead of drawings? Well, to quote the movie "Blade"

"Some motherf$"#er's always trying to iceskate uphill."

It seems to me that people who check out the comics for the most part really like them, but getting them to check it out is sometimes the hard part ;) So I'm just trying to post and raise awareness of Fuzzy Knights wherever I can.

If anyone here has any ideas, that would be great :D Or, at the least, you can tell your friends about Fuzzy Knights ;)

(Oh, I'm also very open to feedback, if you have any comments or critisisms, don't hesitate to let me know)

Hiya, M.F. You might ask the people at Kenzer to kindly put a link to your comic line up. I checked and didn't see anything anywhere, so if not for the direct link you gave I'd never have seen it (not that I spend time at the Kenzer site, but you know what I mean I hope).

A smallish banner ad that people could put on their own websites as a link back to you would be another idea. I know there's the FK logo at the top, but I wouldn't really want to use that one.

Next time you reach a significant number of strips (100? 150? 75?) you could post as news to EN World, RPG News, etc. to get interest.

I think the strip is really well done, and the idea itself is very creative, so I think the more people that see it, the more you'll have coming back to see it :)

Hope that helps...

Haha . This was sent to me a few months ago and I thought it was just the funniest thing ever.

"Ben, why do you talk like that? You were made in China!" - Violet had me almost falling out of my chair laughing...

I actually got a few non gamers to read it and they liked it as much as I did.

I am going to work on a couple of banners that can be used both on the Kenzer site, and in people's sig files who want to spread the word :D

Thanks for the advice

Violet is the funniest thing, I am working on a few non-gamers who like fuzzy animals, trying to get them to read FK.

I know I want a banner for my sig file as soon as they are ready, Mossfoot...

gotts love Dog's lines in the latest one, "Eat peasant now?" had me in stiches :)

I've made one up already, and I'm working on a four parter animated one... well, not animate, but roating through four pictures so it can have a little bit of a joke in it (a single banner doesn't have much room for pictures or jokes!)

Once I find a place to put them so people can link to it I'll let you know :D
