I doubt it. I don't even think a notice like this will work:

Conditions: You don't own another set of armor. You post your willingness to accept the armor and the 20 gp by midnight Saturday (eastern time). Scalemail and gp are as in the RPG game on this forum; you don't get real gold or items. Not valid where prohibited by law, blah blah blah. IANAL, TINLA, YMMV, etc.

If I'm wrong and someone *does* ask for the scalemail, I'll happily fork over the 20 gp. Ares has lots of money, and his anticipated income is also really good.

I now have a Small Shield up for grabs!

Works well. Has been used to smash Ares nose many a time. Alas, his nose has grown, so I must get a bigger shield.

And there are a few very low level characters who could shoot up quickly if they sparred instead of hoarded.

That would be me. What with the huge time zone difference and my unpredictable timetable, I find it hard to find a sparring partner. How much for the shield, btw?
