RPGA Modules

Anyone know what the minimum requirements are for creating a small RPGA club and being able to order modules for small localized use? Like at group meetings each week at the local gaming store or at the DM's house - not large convention types.

Thanks for any info,
Chris

Join the RPGA (it's free).

Pass the "Herald level GM Test" (taking the test is free; it's open-book; there are only 20 questions--but if you miss just one question, (even #20 after getting 1-19 correct) you have to start all over).

Order module(s).

Wait two weeks to be able to download them.

Play with RPGA members. Your friends can join for free.

Report scores (or you won't be able to order again if you have too many outstanding "Game Days").

Its pretty simple actually, once you get past a few obstacles.

First, you'll need to decide who is going to be the DM. That person needs to obtain an rpga number and sign on and take the heralds test over at the RPGA website.

Once you've done that you can log on to the RPGA website and go to their "Member Service" -> "Account Access". From there you can choose which adventures you want to order and what dates you want to run them and how many tables you expect to run. Most of it always struck me as being intuitive, but YMMV.

I dont know if they still ask for a credit card for "payment" or not, but that last I knew the mods were free and if the payment screen showed up it was just because they hadnt gotten around to recoding it yet.

Once you run the game you need to sign back into the website and report the results. I THINK if you dont do this it wont let you order more mods, but I could be wrong.

Happy Gaming
