My first thought when considering things like this is "edit your favorite system, if it fits at all, and just make your own campaign." And that's what I did for a campaign I ran in the early years of the century. It would be cool, however, if someone got a license to do an official version. I don't even know who owns the rights, Paul is deceased, but I'm going to find out and see if I can swing it myself after my core rules are available on DriveThruRPG, later today or tomorrow. Far from OP and very popular, the Vorkosigan Saga by Lois McMaster Bujold would provide a vast setting for a space RPG. Again, I think one could adapt an existing SF system but an authorized version with backup would be great. The same goes for the Chanur books by C.J. Cherryh.</blockquote>
