I have just placed the first public version of RPGeneration out on my server at http://www.evilsoft.org/Software/
RPGeneration is a java based Role Playing app that is meant to be able to basically generate anything. In the initial release, it can generate NPC Personalities/Attitudes, as well as SRD (DMG) treasure generation.
RPGeneration can has a flexible file format that allows users to create thier own random generators for really anything they want, without coding.
In the future, I am looking at adding Weather, Terrain, NPC Equipment, and many other generators.
RPGeneration is released under the GNU GPL as Open Source/Free software. Appropriate parts are covered under the OGL. This is NOT a D20 program, and is NOT licensed under the D20 license.
RPGeneration does include code from PCGen for name generation, and this is done so with permission, and under the GPL.
lemme know what you think, this is a beta release, and I know there are issues.

Known Issues:
Treasure:
Doesn't properly do weapons/armor with multiple special abilities
Doesn't do intelligent weapons/items
Does not print out a gp total for all items
I plan on repairing all of these before the next public release.
