You must have slipped through the cracks. I uploaded a book this last Friday and it was approved today.

So how long do proof copies take to arrive? I have a list of ordered proof copies going back to June 20th, and they all still say "Printer has acknowledged receipt of order." as the last item in the updates, dated the date of the order.

I'm finding this whole process quite frustrating.
