I just read on the ENW home page about the rpgnow/rpgshop being broken. I purchased some pdfs from rpgnow late last week with no problems, but did receive this email message from rpgnow:

"James who normally answers this email address is not going to be available till the second week in April. We're attending conventions and running on a reduced staff. Please contact custserv@rpgnow.com"

This probably means that no one is there to "fix" things while they are out attending conventions. They may not even be aware of anything being wrong.
