RPGNow Wish List - anyone else having this problem?

For the last two weeks, anything that I add to my RPGNow wish list disappears in between sessions. This happens whether I log out or not (just quit the browser). Refreshes don't seem to bring the items back either. I'm using Firefox 3.6.10, but I think it might be a problem with the OBS database. I sent a tech request to RPGNow about it.

Is anyone else having this problem or noticed this?

I just did a test and found that I lose everything just logging out and logging back in in the same session.

I'm having the same problem with Firefox and Safari.

I agree with you. It appears to be a problem on their end.

It'll be interesting to see what Tech Support's response is.

Tech support is looking into it for me (I'm very impressed with the amazing reply time OBS has!). For now, I'm not supposed to log into my RPGNow account for about 24 hours while they check what's wrong.

If you are having problems too, you should put in a trouble ticket.

Hm, we should see just how far this problem extends. Somebody buy me something off my wishlist and we'll see if I receive it.

Edit: More seriously, it seems the wishlists are down for the moment. I tried to remove Adventurer Essentials: Rope from my wishlist, since I bought it awhile back, but I'm unable to access it now.

Update: OBS tech support restored the items I added to my Wish List that wouldn't stay between sessions (along with a few items I had previously purchased or deleted from the list but I cleaned that up). I still can't get items added to the Wish List to stay between sessions. I've let them know that it is still happening.
