Take an elements of the world, such as the Portal Stones, and that time is cyclical and create an adventure out of it. Say, the PCs use a Portal Stone that takes them to an ancient fortress high in the mountains that is the remnant of a previous turning of the wheel. Then add in your own unique monsters and plot elements, but utilize the core facets of the world.</blockquote>
