Interesting that it compares the paladin's summon mount ability to the 1st-level Mount spell. It certainly sounds more reasonable than the paladin's level divided by three formula given in the official errata. I was leaning towards 2nd level, like the 2nd level Paladin spell Call Mount (from Book of Exalted Deeds, I think).
