To help fill in time while waiting for new Zeitgeist content from Enworld, I've converted C1 The Hidden Shrine of the Tamoachan to 4E to use as filler. The backstory is that the temple is the location of another Axis Seal which the RHC learns of; Delf dispatches the players there order to collect the seal before the Ob does. I'm uploading it here in case anyone else wishes to use it. While I've updated everything to 4E I've made zero attempt to modernize the module. It 's still designed to be run as an old school kick-the-door-down-kill-the-monsters-and-take-their-loots kind of module. Zero RP, zero ecology in the dungeon just lots of traps and some monsters, and a few wacky things. It's set to take place between Z3 and Z4, at level 8. The treasure is pretty paltry as my game uses some house rules to change the economy, so adjust to fit your game. I've kept the Aztec theme and just replaced humans with orcs to mesh it better with the ancients theme from Zeitgeist. Note you'll need a copy of C1 to run it as I do not include the original module text (you won't need that to run it but you'll want to look at it to get an idea of the flavor the module was going for) or the maps (which you will need) other than the one map I've altered[1]. The original is in print and available as a PDF, drive thru RPG sells it and I imagine others do as well. I am old school enough that I used my original. :) [1] The original module had a big section that was filled with poison gas and the big problem for the first part of the module was overcoming this obstacle. I've removed that section of the module and many of the rooms that were in it.
