Message: <blockquote data-quote="jdavis" data-source="post: 1368815" data-attributes="member: 8704">That's the box set for the first season, they have shown the first two seasons on Cartoon Network, there are three seasons of the show, I have not seen any of the third season but it's supposibly a dropoff from the second. All the shows have been out on DVD for a while, they are doing box sets of the seasons now, that is the first of three box sets, the second season box set is due out 3/30/04. There are also the Samurai X OVA's and movie which is Rurouni Kenshin stuff too but it's a little more adult, the first Samurai X OVA set is the Prequel to the show (before he made the vow not to kill), it is a wonderful story and the animation is great but it is set during the time he was killing people left and right.
