It's mostly insults. I'm actually not quite sure what he's trying to sell me.

I just started getting spam in Russian about a month ago and it's all been the same old, same old: porn, medicine, etc...

However,

I just got one today about heavy, industrial trucks like dump trunks, diggers, etc... that's one strange thing to spam... I have to think the audience is rather small.
