Rasereit [sblock] You just bumped your survival chance well above the 50% you had before. Nice work. Go ahead & take your last post out of Sblocks, if you don't mind, so your buddies can see. Only the chess piece part needs to be sblocked & we'll get to that more later, assuming you survive.[/sblock] Razh's axe strikes his reflection's neck, sending blood spewing generously, but the image continues to fight. Makes sense. That's what Razh himself would do. The axe strikes twice, and the spiked shield bites deeply, inflicting massive wounds. (check my mods on that please) HP status halfway through round 2: Razh 39/84 Razh clone: 42/84 -------------- Beamer and Eusebius head through the dark arch. It is black for a moment, and then they emerge in a room. It is nicely lit, though the can't tell from where. It is shaped in a large circle, about 150 feet in diameter. A 10 foot wide catwalk circles a deep pit. A single rail, about 2 feet off the ground, circles the inside of the catwalk. A narrow bridge, only 5 feet wide crosses the pit. Beamer and Eusebius are at the South point of the circle, the bridges crosses the center from East to West. The pit is of unknown depth, and a strange rumbling can be heard within. Flashes of light appear in the depths, which seems to be full of dark mist or smoke. The view is slightly distorted looking down or across the pit, as though there may be something in the air. At each end of the bridge are figures of men. On the West is a tall man in full plate armor. On the East are two men, lightly armored, but armed. Within moments, Eusebius and Beamer recognize the figures. The armored one is Thorvin Arkenthrasher. The other two are Toler and Rafferty, or Lothar and Sangster, depening on which of their aliases are to be believed. Beamer only: [sblock] The alignment change need not be permanent. It can be slowly changed back.[/sblock]
