Shouldn't there be a rule that if you have Saiyans in your D20 game that combat rounds take 10 minutes instead of 6 seconds? How about some severe punishment for anything but 1v1 combat? PCs can detect the hit die of any creature at 500 feet per hit die. You can voluntarily suppress your hit die as low as you want by giving yourself temporary negative levels, but it takes a standard action screaming to remove each negative level (i.e., powering up). PCs have five classes: Monk, Psionic Warrior (Biofeedback!!!), Psion, Fighter, Sorcerer. NPCs can be Druids, Wizards and Adepts. Very nearly everyone should have 50+ class levels by DBZ time. Only three alignments: Lawful, neutral, chaotic. Good and evil only make sense for Vegeta (LE --> LN --> LG --> LE --> LG). PCs can train themselves, overcoming one encounter of CR = level - 7 each day. Increasing factors like gravity or weight can greatly increase the CR. Use spells (divine power, righteous might, haste, bull's strength) or templates (celestial, half-celestial, paragon, etc.) to represent power levels. Fusion creates a new PC with levels equal to twice the level of the lowest level PC involved. Cell is a Balor (death throws) Monk/Psionic Warrior vampire, who eventually gets the paragon template. Buu is definately a paragon psudonatural (ELH) sentient ooze of some kind. He becomes half-fiend after transforming into evil buu. All energy effects are [Force] effects instead. Rapid Fire: magic missle, 1/level/round Destruct-o-disk: disintegrate, no save (if it hits). SR ok. Generic energy blast: fireball, no dice limit. Generic energy wave: lightning bolt, no dice limit. Kamehameha: lightning bolt or fireball, x4 damage dice, no dice limit. Spirit bomb: Fireball, 1d6/level/round charging, no dice limit, no charging limit. Sensu bean: potion of heal. Multiform: schism Instant Transmission: teleport without error but allows planar travel Instead of PP or spell levels, use hit points to cast spells. Actually, wound points/vitality points makes a lot of sense for this game.
