Saltpeter in d20

How would you make saltpeter work mechanically in d20? In folk myth, it's an anaphrodisiac - it supposedly makes men impotent.

I've got a PC who ticked off the innkeeper where they're staying, and revenge will be sweet!

Well it's potassium nitrate, KNO3. You can find it crystallized out of animal manure by rain-water leaching. How efficient that method is, I dunno, if I needed some I'd order it from a chem stock company. ;)

As for the rumors about it suppressing male libido... I'm honestly not sure. It's widely rumored, and as I recall, some hari krishnas spike their food with straight up saltpeter to do exactly what it's rumored to do. However that may be an urban myth in and of itself too. *chuckle*

Is there really a need for mechanics on it? Fort Save DC 15 or the flag doesn't fly?

If they ingest it, then nothing happens - I mean, nothing happens. :)
