While under effect of Sanctuary spell, can I cast Minor Illusion on an ally (for example white mist) to make enemy have a disadvanatage on their next attack?
Will I keep the Sanctuary? (the spell doesnt directly affect the enemy) Or is it lost?

It is clear that Sanctuary does not prevent buffing spells, and this specific use of Minor Illusion would be a parallel to buffing. I would have no problem with a player casting defensive illusions while under the effects of Sanctuary.

Of course, always talk to your DM about using Minor Illusion to create things like obscuring fog (the white mist). Every table deals with illusion spells differently.

As far as the Sanctuary spell is concerned, I would think this is Okay. You are on much more shaky ground using Minor Illusion to create a white mist. The spell creates an 'object' that is stationary. I personally would not allow it to be a poor man's fog cloud. You could, however create a minor illusion of a screen or some such between your ally and possibly have a similar effect.
