Small Arms of the World and Covert Action Hello, my name is Richard Stewart, former partner of Sanguine Productions Ltd. For those of you that do not know (and I figure that to be most of you since we were a small company) I parted ways with Sanguine on June 30, 2002, and sold my shares. While you may want to speak with them, to my knowledge, they are not planning to produce ANYTHING related to D20 or Modern D20. I can tell you that I (Illustrator/Industry Contact), Keith Potter (Editor and Writer), and David Martin (Illustrator) have taken our intellectual properties (all the text and all the art) to Agents of Gaming (Babylon Five and other products). AOG plans on releasing Small Arms of the World: 1950 to 2000 before the end of 2002. We are currently wrapping up the project as I type this and will be sending it off to AOG at the end of the month. Small Arms of the World will be THE definitive gun and weapon resource for gaming. It is a massive project that details over 800 weapons. Each is illustrated in B&W linework with high details and will represent the single largest number of illustrations ever found in a RPG. The book not only covers a majority of all weapons produced around the world today but details certain weapon systems that have become a standard the world over. There is huge number of newly discovered weapons that have been released over the past decade. A great number of these new arms are Russian and reflect this country's nearly explosive expansion into the small arms market during the 90's. The book will also cover near future weapons such as H&K's OICW. Covert Action has also been approved for production though the details are still being worked out. Covert Action is a modern day adventure game that deals with Espionage, Hostage Rescue, Counter-Terrorism, and similar plots. Hope that helps!
