Sarah Newton's Mindjammer

Well, that was fun

My friend Al interviewed the author at Dragonmeet this year, and off the back of that interview we both bought copies of her novel, Mindjammer. I'm just about to start reading it!

Anyone familiar with her work? I'm aware we awarded her an ENnie for her RPG setting, so I'm looking forward to settling down with this book.

I have a love/hate relationship with Legends of Anglerre (which she was one of the writers). I love the game a lot (a lot lot), but the book is a huge disorganized mess, with rules everywhere and not very clearly worded in some parts (I would buy a second edition of it blind). I can not comment on the LoA Companion (I have it, but I have not read it yet), except that it was delayed a lot (but I have no idea why).
