Savage Attacker - what does it do?

In short, a dueling benefit that works really well for dueling, but not so well for fighting styles that are already supported.</strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong></strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Adding a die (or two) to an attack per turn is meh: you can do it already with Hunter's Mark and Hex, GFB and Booming.
