I've tried to submit that as a scoop, but couldn't log in the front page (I do have an account there).

Other new features on WotC include a spell, Summon Blood Elemental, and the latest random encounter with drows and spiders and all that stuff.

Ah - nice stuff. I particularly like the first picture, with the bullette. Of course, I'm partial to the black 'n white pieces, so maybe that has something to do with it - but that's one impressive picture.

The so-called "blood elementals" are alien outsiders with a new ability:

Incomprehensible (Ex): Because of its alien mentality, a blood elemental does not understand verbal communication of any sort, nor can its own gurgling language be understood by any creature except its own kind. A blood elemental is immune to all language-dependent spells and effects, and no mundane or magical effect that usually allows verbal communication (including a tongues spell or a monk's tongue of the sun and moon ability) functions with respect to it.

Wonder if we'll see this in the revised edition (it could fit the cloakers, for example).

Hi all!

By this point as long as Wayne Reynolds is one of the illustrators I will buy it - the content is just a bonus. That man is so talented its frightening.

Art looks great all round though it must be said!
